The Flymove project was born in 2018 as an industrial investment initiative promoted by Equiventia Capital Partners.

Until 2020, Flymove relaunched the famous Italian design brand "Bertone", and during the period in which it held the exclusive license to use it, it presented - in a major event held in Milan - a series of innovative hyper-cars EV, also with Battery Swap technology, such as the Dianchè GT Cube and the Dianchè GT One.

Following a corporate and strategic reorganization, also due to the well-known and past pandemic events, today the Flymove project is reborn in a new way and is managed in a totally autonomous way for design and industrial activities, through a group of companies financed thanks to the intervention of new investors and who operate in synergy with each other.

Flymove's business model dedicated to future Mobility markets:

Flymove is an aggregator of technologies and companies: it offers innovative cars and high-end services developed by third parties according to its own strategy and application and commercial requirements. For this reason, Flymove's technological Partners are many and cover the entire industrial chain. In this way, Flymove has direct and privileged access to any technological innovation developed by its Partners, being able to then include it in its products and promote its diffusion within the Platform.

Flymove collaborates from time to time with the most suitable Partners for each project to be developed to order, the best designers, engineering companies, powertrains, prototypes, battery swaps, batteries, generation and storage of renewable energy, digital applications and much more.

Flymove is not, and does not intend to become, a car manufacturer. It does not invest in direct industrial production and does not intend to compete with other producers. Flymove operates in the sectors of Mobility, Energy Distribution Networks, Renewable Energy and Sustainability, Digital Platforms. It conceives the products, builds the prototypes and has their large-scale industrial production started by third-party Partners all over the world who already have the necessary infrastructures and who make them available to Flymove.

Flymove's entire supply chain and industrial and financial system is self-sufficient (it does not require any external public incentives) and each Business Unit finances itself with its own activity and its own investors, who can invest freely in each of the 4 Units: Automotive, Networks & Energy, Digital and Motorsport.

Flymove's real core business is the sale of services related to mobility and energy management, which takes the form of the sale of its City Cars, which in turn are the tool made available to the public to access them. The production (carried out by third parties) and the sale of cars (carried out exclusively via online shopping) is necessary and essential to create one's own market niche with extremely loyal users who use Flymove's exclusive services, which today number more than 40 and are constantly growing.

Flymove's structure is very light and flexible. An organization calibrated to develop ideas, supervising the activities of the Partners and managing them in the best way. The Flymove cars will be sold with an innovative business model and via digital channels and online platforms. In this way the costs are limited and the economic benefits are passed on to the end users. There are no direct competitors, as far as we know, to date Flymove is the only platform in the world to offer a complete package of services through a digital platform connected to Cars, Homes and the City.

For these reasons, the Flymove Beyond Mobility initiative is one of a kind, multi-sectoral, largely made in Italy and with Italian companies, sustainable, competitive and always technologically advanced.

The companies of the Flymove Group avail themselves of the collaboration with some of the most innovative and creative designers in the world, often very young and eager to see their creations used or applied in real industrial contexts. The design freedom that is given to them is also compensated by precise usability and use criteria that must respect economic standards that are in line with Flymove's requirements and expectations.

Concrete examples are the EV vehicle "Dianchè City Car Cube", the multifunctional and sustainable station "Point of Energy" and the mobile battery exchange unit on trucks "POE Mobile".

By the end of 2023 the real and working prototypes of all Flymove creations will be presented and important innovations will also be presented, including the brand new 2+2 Shooting Break "Paradigma" luxury car and the concept of the first City Car Cube with engine working by hydrogen direct combustion.

The Flymove designers have conceived a car that has no equal on the panorama of the international automotive market in terms of technological characteristics and functionality.

The Dianchè City Car Cube responds to very ambitious requirements and is a candidate to become the true intelligent partner who will support you in the same way as a smartphone for communications.

The first requirement is the price: it is in line with that of small-medium thermal cars. Then the availability: it can be configured and purchased online, it is delivered to your home after having tried it in person and by appointment.

But it's all the other standard features that make it truly special:

• Two versions: 2 doors/3 seats and 4 doors/5 seats (also in taxi version).
• Lightweight battery with the right capacity for city use in complete tranquility and without recharging worries (approximately 180 km with one charge or one swap).
• Double recharging system: plug-in and battery swap (automatic in about 30 seconds, on the network of Flymove stations).
• Two rear electric motors, one per wheel, to save valuable space.
• Solar roof to integrate energy consumption.
• Ready for autonomous driving.
• Ready for “Vehicle to Grid” and “Vehicle to Home” use.
• Head up display.
• 5G wireless connection.
• Integrated online monitoring system for PM 2.5/10 particulate matter with connection to the "EVE" system and interface with the city's operations centre.

• Availability of additional paid services with the purchase of expandable and configurable “Dianchè Service Packs”.

• Possibility to configure and customize the bodywork online with 3D printed panels (at authorized Flymove centers).

Raising the conventional paradigms of a service station to new levels

In 2019 Flymove commissioned its designers to put on paper an abstract idea for a service station of the future, multifunctional and with unique technological features still under development. The operating and use requirements were very stringent and initially the undertaking seemed impossible.

After months of work, the "Point of Energy" (POE) station was born, in different versions and sizes, adaptable to any situation or operational need, including motorway toll booths.

The only station in the world ready to recharge Plug-in EV vehicles, swap batteries in seconds for ready vehicles, and finally refuel the vehicles of the future that will use it.

The POE station, an award-winning example of industrial design of the future, also has a larger version already equipped with a landing / take-off pad for future VTOL passenger drones.

The station has a totally zero environmental impact and is able to self-produce a large part of the energy necessary for its operation, including on-site production of hydrogen.

The first fully functional prototype will be built in Italy by the end of 2023.

Flymove designs and builds complete urban mobility systems, also including the supply of vehicles, stations and digital systems for their management, according to its own vision called "Wellness Mobility".

Flymove interfaces with municipal administrations and with public bodies and institutions, making available "turnkey" projects, easily financed and involving a large portfolio of Partners, Sponsors and Stakeholders. All to obtain a system that is functional and improves quickly and at acceptable costs, especially in historic or small-medium sized cities where it is not easy to implement this type of mobility.

The first projects have already been presented to the administrations of the Italian cities of Bergamo and Treviso and others are in the works.

Also in this case, Flymove was the first to present a digital platform of services for Mobility based on artificial intelligence and on a conversation interface with avatars, linking together 3 operating environments that are absolutely synergistic with each other, i.e. the car, the house and the city in which one lives and moves.

The EVE (Enhanced Vehicle Environment) platform uses a latest generation Artificial Intelligence system, together with Virtual and Augmented Reality systems pre-installed in Dianchè City Cars. EVE will soon be available also on App for smartphones.

The data interconnection is total, any information or request is processed in real time and the system self-learns over time.

The user can manage an infinite number of situations and needs, in a simple and immediate way. But above all, he can access a long series of personal services, for his home and for the city, which are provided instantaneously, at low cost and in perfect synchrony with the needs and limits of the environments where he moves.

In this way, the city itself also benefits, as it can optimize traffic flows, monitor environmental pollution, have higher revenues from the sale of the main city services, etc.

There are many services available, for example: exchange and sale of renewable energy, access to digital and wireless connections, access to city services (Blue Zones, parking, event bookings, planning of tourist itineraries, etc.), preferential insurance services, connection to existing public platforms, public transport bookings, payment systems with biometric credit cards and with the predisposition for the use of bitcoins, private and public security, and many others.
